PUBG Mobile is one of the most popular Battle Royale games around the world and in India. However, PUBG Mobiles requires users to have smartphones with good specs to play the game without any problem. But in India, many people still use outdated devices or cheap devices with less than 2GB of RAM, which makes the game unavailable for many users. So, Tencent Games released a launch version of the game called PUBG Mobile Lite.

The game became available in India on July 26, and has since ranked # 1 in the Google Play Store with more than 10 million downloads. Today, we compare how PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite differ from each other.

As of now, there are two servers available with pings around 300ms-400ms, Asia and South America. Although the name of the Erangel map is the same, the map in the Lite version is completely different. The locations and surroundings are completely different and don't feel very familiar. Although the gameplay looks the same. War Map is something new that we have not seen in PUBG Mobile and it unlocks at level 10.

The maps in PUBG Mobile Lite are smaller like the war map with a size of only 2x2kms. We hope that the company will add more maps to PUBG Mobile Lite soon for players to explore.

PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite matches have a game time limit. Regular PUBG Mobile matches are 20-30 minutes long, excluding matches in Sanhok. However, PUBG Mobile Lite matches are faster and more exciting as matches are only 10 minutes long.

The decrease in graphics does not imply a change in the gameplay. PUBG Mobile and PUBG Mobile Lite remain very similar when it comes to ensuring that players have a similar overall experience.
